    Stopped in on whim. So glad I did!!! Great service and amazing food! Ate at the bar and our bartender Heather was confident in her skills. We asked what do you make good, her reply: everything I make is good. Now usually this makes me skeptical and many can't own this statement. But Heather!!!! Wooooooowwww!!! Between my friend and I we had 4 drinks, each one executed perfectly!!!! Yes! A+! Service was great, food ....... Amazing!!! I had the Cobb Salad with brisket burnt ends..... oh my goodness!!!! Dee-lish-us!!!! Yum!!!! I can feel good by saying I had a salad. Lol. But definitely felt more like a full meal! The hotel is beautiful and the setting was relaxing and inviting. Great ambiance! Overall 5 stars!

    UPDATE: We went back to CHB today for brunch and I ordered to short rib hash again and was very disappointed to find out they changed the menu and it no longer comes with chimichurri sauce. I asked and they don't even have it in the kitchen. The dish was still good but not nearly as good as before. Hopefully enough people will say something and they bring it back.

    Great food, I had the short ribs, it was amazing. We had the best service, our servers name was Alex, he was on top of it. On a side note, he was also very knowledgeable about football.... Highly recommend this place. JahWarrior
